  • Standard Delivery: For addresses within 150 miles, a delivery fee of £1.00 per mile applies. For example, for a rental delivered from Milton Keynes to Cambridge, which is 50 miles away, the total delivery charge would be: 50 miles x 2 trips x £1 = £100 for delivery + £100 for collection = £200 total.

  • Extended Delivery: For longer journeys, please request a custom quote. Extended trips cover our driver’s time and expenses to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Extra Costs for Larger Groups

For bookings with 10 or more guests, a small additional charge of £5.00 per extra user applies. This helps ensure that after every gathering, our hot tubs and saunas undergo a thorough deep clean, full sanitization, and meticulous disinfecting—so every guest enjoys the highest standard of hygiene and relaxation.

Damage Deposit

  • Each rental requires a £750 damage deposit, fully refundable upon safe return of the equipment

 

Here’s how it works:

  • Deposit Payment: Collected when you book, the deposit is securely held until the rental ends.

  • Inspection and Refund: After pickup, our team inspects the equipment. If there’s no damage, your full deposit is refunded promptly. Any necessary deductions cover repair or replacement.

  • Guidelines for Refund: Damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications may result in partial or full deductions.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of booking. However, cancellations made after this 14-day window are non-refundable. This policy helps us manage reservations and ensure availability for all our guests.
